Refund & Cancellation Policy
At LNB SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver top-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require refunds or cancellations. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel service agreements under the following terms:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to care@LNBvidhya.in.
- If the project has not yet begun, you may cancel without any charge.
- If work has started, a cancellation fee based on the work completed will be charged.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the stage of the project and our internal review. Conditions include:
- 100% refund if cancellation is made before work begins.
- Partial refund (up to 50%) if cancellation is made after initial stages.
- No refund if the project is 70% or more complete or delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once delivered:
- Domain registration and hosting services
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions
- Custom development once deployed
4. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
